The Shaftesbury Tavern is a local gem. It's a beautifully restored Victorian building that celebrates the heritage of the pub yet reflects the diverse area it serves. It's a friendly, relaxed space that is well loved by locals and newcomers alike. We've proudly hand-picked our choice range of beer and wines from our favourite producers both local and international. You can sip one of those whilst catching some rays on our beautiful terrace or enjoying an event or party in our marble floored backroom, which is available for private hire. The Sabai kitchen team lovingly prepare homemade dishes to cater for all tastes. From fresh Thai stir-frys and salads to pub classics and traditional Sunday roasts along with buffets to cater for all occasions.
